Stow Festival merchandise is go

Stow Festival 2015 merchHeading to the Stow Festival this weekend? Then you will be wanting to get your hands on some of this official merchandise! We’ve got t-shirts and posters available. Both are limited quantities, so when they’re gone, they’re gone. The 2014 t-shirts sold out, so don’t hang about.

T-shirts are £10 a pop and make you look cool. Posters are £3 and make your walls look cool. Both are available across the weekend from the Rose & Crown, Wild Card Brewery, the Warrant Officer, Chequers, Pulse and other festival venues. We’ll also have some for sale through this website, watch this space for details.

On The Hour sessions at the Rose & Crown

Wolfe SistersOver the weekend music will be pouring out from venues across Walthamstow. The Rose & Crown is once again at the very heart of the festival. During the afternoon on Saturday and Sunday, we will be bringing you nine sumptuous acts for our On The Hour sessions (The sets begin on the hour, see?) in the downstairs bar.

The music begins on Saturday at 2pm with Smith Sound, an acoustic duo whose set at the Stowathon in May was a highlight. They will be followed by Camden Voices, a vibrant choir who maintain very high musical standards while also keeping a sense of accessibility to their repertoire. Continue reading

Dave Congreve comes to Stow Festival

Dave CongreveDave Congreve is a giant of the club scene. Through his career spanning two decades, he has been a part of some of the most pivotal club movements, remaining innovative and relevant throughout. He has played across Europe, and still DJs regularly in London. On Sunday, he plays on the Wild Card stage at Stow Festival. We thought we’d find out more.

Hi Dave. You’re a DJ with an enviable and formidable reputation. What’s attracted you to The Stow Festival?
